Habitat First Group is a family-run business. Having launched Lower Mill Estate in The Cotswolds in 1999, the company went on to launch Silverlake, Dorset in 2011 and has a number of other exciting projects in the pipeline, including Birchwood Estate in North Devon. The Estates combine ecology, architecture and community to help your family to thrive and enjoy a holiday surrounded by nature. The Paxton family continues to run Habitat First Group to this day and the family touch can be felt in everything that we do.

Ground floor There is a lakeside king ensuite bedroom and a second lakeside twin ensuite bedroom each with access to the ground floor deck. There is a further twin room and family bathroom with a double shower, WC, and wash hand basin. First Floor The kitchen provides a single oven with gas hob, tall fridge/freezer, washer/dryer & microwave. Fully equipped to accommodate 8 guests. There is a dining area with a table and chairs for eight guests. The living area offers a comfortable seating arrangement to accommodate 8 guests featuring a wood-burning stove. There is also a TV and sliding doors leading to the westerly-facing balcony with a small bistro table and chairs. Also on the first floor, there is a snug with a wall-mounted TV. Second Floor Here you will find the open-plan mezzanine king bedroom with an ensuite shower room. This bedroom overlooks the lounge downstairs which also means it benefits from great views over Swillbrook Lake. However, there are no curtains or blinds on this lounge and view side of the mezzanine bedroom. Outside On the ground floor decking, you will find a charcoal BBQ, garden table, and chairs seating 8 guests.
