Unfortunately the hotel are unable to accept group bookings, but welcome families at any time. Please note: There is no reception. The property provides a key box collection check in service from 2.30PM onwards. The keys will be located in a key box on the ground floor and guests will be sent the details around 24hrs prior to arrival. Cleaning and bed linen and towel changes will be made every 7 days.
The KSpace @ The Sinclair Building takes a deposit for all weekend stays, GBP 100 for Studios and GBP 200 for Two Bedroom and Two Bedroom Triple Apartments.
