A beautiful bright room away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre but very well connected to it. Garden facing, freshly decorated, with a super king size bed and, despite not having kitchen facilities, the room is equipped with a mini fridge, a microwave, a kettle and a Nespresso machine so you can enjoy a quick breakfast before exploring the city. Lock on bedroom door for your privacy. The bathroom is just beside your door and will be only yours to use. There is a whirlpool bath tub and shower over bath. Please use only the bath salt provided when having a bath. Please note that the kitchen, living room and garden are NOT shared spaces. Please be aware that guests need to go up a flight of stairs to get to the bedroom and bathroom and 4 steps to get into the front door.

Our lovely semi detached house is shared with me (Raffaella) and my husband but occasionally (once or twice a month) we receive the visit of my husband's two grown up children and their senior dog Tilly.

The neighbourhood is very quiet, safe and well-served: in a 5 minute walk radius you can find a supermarket (Tesco), a post office, two hairdressers and a beauty salon. A pet shop, Vet surgery, Lidl shop, McDonald’s and a gym are 10 minutes walk from the house. A the Gyle park is just a 2 minute walk away. The house is 2 minutes walk from the 12 and 21 bus stop and 5 min walk to South Gyle train station. Take line 12 to get to the Edinburgh Zoo, Murrayfield stadium, Haymarket station or the Old Town. Take bus line 21 to get to Leith. Take the train for Haymarket station or Waverley Station.
