    Very cosy house with a nice bbq back garden. Beds are so comfortable, I wanted to take them home. Chris was helpful and quick in answering our requests. Totally recommend!

    Location was excellent, 5 mins away from station and 25 mins from town. The property was spotless, comfortable and welcoming. Communication with the host was faultless and easy. Awesome cafe opposite too.

The perfect getaway for Chester Races, Chester Zoo, Cheshire Oaks and much, much more!! The property is ideally located in the popular suburb of Hoole which is minutes’ walk away from Chester Train Station and a short, easily accessible walk or short drive into Chester City centre. There are also fantastic bus links within close proximity of the house with direct routes to Chester Zoo and Cheshire Oaks. The space South Avenue is a larger than average 3 bedroomed terraced home boasting a lounge, dining room and large kitchen with a fantastic south facing garden complete with lovely outdoor dining furniture and a fabulous TIKI bar! Guest access The whole house is available for guests to enjoy. There is just one cupboard space that is restricted which contains housekeeping goods. Please note due to the age and style of the property we are unbale to fix stair gates. The stairs are also in-keeping with the period of the house and quite steep in nature.
