Situated directly next to the DART, the hotel offers the easiest direct access into the Terminal Building in the area in under 5 minutes door to door. Near to Luton Parkway Train Station, with direct access to St. Pancras International Station, Hampton by Hilton Luton Airport features an on-site fitness centre which is open 24 hours a day. A 32-inch flat-screen TV, en suite bathroom with walk-in power shower and free high-speed internet access are provided in each air-conditioned room at Hampton Luton Airport. Freshly cooked bacon and sausages are served with breakfast, and evening meals are provided in the hotel bar and dining area. A range of Italian, Indian and Chinese restaurants can be found in Luton town centre, which is a 20-minute walk from the hotel. Central London can be reached in 25 minutes by train from Luton Parkway station.

Public buses provide a service from Luton Airport to the hotel directly. Public schedule bus service is available from the main hotel entrance to the airport or to the town centre at a cost of GBP 1.60 per journey. This service runs every 15-20 minutes between 06:00 and 23:00.
