The fine print
Other shopping, dining and leisure experiences are now open within Resorts World for guests to enjoy.
Spa and swimming pool access is strictly over 18's only Access in a Signature Room and Superior Room begins at 15:00 until 21:45 and 7:00am until 10:00am and you may access the facilities for a 1 hour and 30 minute session during your stay, subject to availability.
Due to limited parking, guests are advised to pre-book their car parking space at the hotel's underground car park.
Additional car parking is available in the Resorts World Birmingham, S2 or E5 car parks. Guests should validate their ticket at reception, which will reduce the cost to GBP 10 for each overnight stay, and then pay at the car park machines provided throughout the resort.
The hotel’s bedrooms can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child on an extra bed. For all children above 12 but below 18 years of age travelling with parents, the hotel can offer an interconnecting room that is charged at the full rate.
The Genting hotel has a strict non-smoking, non-vaping policy and penalty charges may be applied.
The hotel can provide special requests, chocolates, balloons and flowers during a guest's stay. The hotel team will always endeavour to deliver and accommodate, however please allow as much notice as possible for items that need to be ordered. Charges are applicable and are available on request. Please submit requests in the Special Requests box.
Guest can use the Spa facilities for 1 hour and 30 minutes during their stay, subject to availability.
Spa Terms and Conditions:
The Santai Spa, also housed within Resorts World Birmingham, is offering hotel guests complimentary use of the gym and spa pool whilst checked in at the hotel. Access to the spa is subject to availability, as hotel guests may be limited at peak times, and a maximum length of stay may be enforced.
The Santai Spa promotes an environment of relaxation and tranquility. In light of this, the spa is a mobile phone, pager, camera and smoke-free zone.
The Genting Hotel will do its upmost to keep the spa open during hours as published, but it may be necessary for us to close all or elements for reasons such as cleaning, repairs or circumstances beyond our control.
The property accepts no liability for any disruption that may be caused to guests for these reasons.
The Genting Hotel is cashless and we only accept payment by Credit or Debit card.
Due to limited parking, guests are advised to pre-book their car parking space at the hotel's underground car park for £20 per day.
