The property has just been refurbished, there is on street parking which is free, also roads nearby.
The bathroom will be shared between two rooms, there is also a separate toilet.
Its a lovely area not far from the seafront .
It is a private property so please respect other guests staying, also neighbours. There is no smoking at the property and guests will be asked to leave also a fine if suspected smoking inside.
Heating will be off in the warmer weather usually middle May/ beginning September.

The property is on a quite street, close to the sea , also fishersgate station and also Portslade Station.
There is a bus stop a minute walk away to take you in different directions.
