The company started the 4th May 2021. We now have 9 Cosy Cinemas in operation at our home site in Dinas Powys (3) and 6 more pods at Cardiff. We hope to build Pod Parks in city centres in the years ahead. As a streaming focused Cinema experience it was important we started the business on a day to remember. We first started in our back garden, building 1 Pod, then 2 more. The success of our invention caught the eye of Cardiff Council who helped to secure land for our project to expand. We hope to become a real success story from the global pandemic. We promise to keep evolving and getting better. The Cosy Cinema Pod Park will open officially in May 2022. May the 4th be with us! The Cosy Cinema Pod Park is based within the vibrant area of Cardiff called Pontcanna. Just a 10 minute walk via the river taff to the city centre. This location could not be more perfect for Cosy Cinema to open its first Pod Park. There are so many great bars, restaurants and takeaways that it would be unfair to name any specifically. It’s diverse, dynamic and guests have a very safe environment to enjoy a unique experience. The Cardiff Central station is less than 15 minute walk to the Cosy Cinema Pod Park.
