We try our best to make our guest feel at home when staying at Barnend Cottage. We do stay ourselves and with our family at times throughout the year to ensure any maintenance is always worked on. I am a keen gardener and try to keep the garden colourful and interesting throughout the year The village is very quiet and has some beautiful walks from the door. To all pet owners we are not dog owners but do welcome up to 2 medium size well behaved dogs. If you could let us know you are bringing your pets we'd be very grateful. We do not allow dogs on the beds and we ask pet owners not to leave their dogs unattended at the cottage as we have had incidences where dogs have been left barking and our neighbour works from home. The village 3 miles from the famous Bourton on the Water, and within easy driving distance of Stow on the Wold, Moreton in Marsh & Burford. Further afield you have Oxford, Stratford & Bath, Kingham station is also nearby. The location also has several golf courses within easy reach.
