Inside the chalet, there are vaulted ceilings with light through the velux windows. The open plan kitchen/lounge is well equipped and modern. The kitchen lounge has a small sofa and compact dining table. The bedroom has a television as well as the lounge area, both smart televisions. Wifi access. The bathroom has a large sink, a walk-in large shower, a shaver point, a heated towel rail and hooks for hanging robes, etc. The patio at the back is private and sunny. On drive parking for one car. PLEASE NOTE:THE CHALET CAN ONLY HAVE ONE CAR AS THE SPACE IS LIMITED.ACCESS TO MY PROPERTY IS UP A LANE THAT IS UNEVEN IN PLACES SO MAY BE DIFFICULT FOR THOSE WITH MOBILITY DIFFICULTIES.

I have lived in Cornwall all my life but I have travelled extensively. I'm happy to share my local knowledge of Hayle and the rest of the beautiful county of Cornwall. There are so many places to visit and during the year especially spring/ summer months there are many festivals and events. I host my chalet all the year round. Quiet and friendly is how I would describe where I live. The property is situated up what would have been a farm track in the former grounds of one of the oldest places in Hayle, Penpol House. It's now a residential area but quiet. Minutes walk away from public transport.
