Our property is very special to us as we have built it our selves over the last few years. It has been extremely hard work but we got there in the end ! Our only wish now is for people to enjoy it as much as we do.
Phil has been born and brought up in the village andI have lived in Penrhyncoch some 20 years now ! We cant imagine living anywhere else waking up each morning to the fields and mountains we think how lucky we are . Phil is a local builder and enjoys fishing and gardening in his spare time and having a pint in our local social club after a football match on a saturday afternoon. We both also enjoy walking our dogs around the lakes and mountains. Myself (Shan) My hobbies are walking ,riding my horse and having friends and family call for a cup of coffee.
We are in the village of Penrhyncoch a short drive from Aberystwyth. We are also in a great location for mountain bikers/walkers having the Syffydrin Nant yr Arian mountain bike trails /close by. Take a 10 minute drive and there are lakes to go fishing at. (You do require a fishing licence ) Prior to stay this can be arranged at extra cost .
