AVON BEACH RETREAT is a delightful bungalow which has good quality furnishings and a wide range of equipment. The bungalow is situated in an exclusive residential area that is just approx. 200 hundred yards away from the seafront for beaches and access to Mudeford Harbour for fishing and ferry trips. There is also a separate toilet. The large, secure rear garden is mainly lawn and there is a front lawn with flower beds. The property has ample parking in the driveway for at least three cars.
