Wayside is a detached Bungalow in the heart of the beautiful village of Staveley in the lake District. Ideally located for walking, biking and visiting all the beautiful locations the Lake district has to offer. Staveley is situated a few miles north west of Kendal and at the entrance to the Kentmere valley, one of the finest walkers and mountain bikers territory to be found in England. the relatively scarps of Reston Scar, spy Crag and Lily Fell overlook Staveley and mark the beginning of an additional chain of hills known as the Kentmere round.
my name is Val, I am married with 3 grown up children and have lived and worked in Staveley for the past 25 years. I enjoy living in such a beautiful place and spending time with my dogs and four Highland ponies.
Staveley is a vibrant village with pubs, places to eat, coffee shops and retail outlets operating from the Mill yard.
