Both Carl and Sarah have travelled extensively, lived abroad and enjoyed (and occasionally endured) a wide spectrum of holiday and business accommodation and this experience has shaped their understanding of what makes a great holiday home. Their ethos is simple - to listen to and understand what guests require and provide only the best holiday homes. If there is something that would help to make your stay extra special, just ask. Maybe you are organising the holiday as a birthday treat and you need help with the cake or decorations. Perhaps it is a romantic getaway and you want champagne chilling and flowers on arrival.

Property information

Beach Garden is a very spacious and beautifully appointed multi level apartment that sits over looking the glorious beaches of Pevensey Bay. You have your own private area of beach which is just perfect for those summer evenings watching the sun on the horizon. The property is split across two floors (1st & 2nd) and has three large bedrooms. On the first floor is a kingsize bedroom, plus one with a zip and link bed, that can be set up as super kingsize or with twin beds. This floor also has a family bathroom with both a bath and a separate shower. The top floor boasts an amazing master bedroom suite ideal for families with a super kingsize bed plus two single beds, ideal. This room also has an en-suite bathroom and spectacular sea views plus a private balcony. The property comes fully equipped and the kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster and all the cooking utensils you will need. There is one of road parking space for two cars plus further nearby free roadside parking.

Pevensey Bay is a quiet seaside village just a few miles east of Eastbourne. It has a lovely tranquil air, making it a perfect spot for a beach retreat. There is a selection of shops, restaurants and bars in the village, plus Sovereign Harbour's Waterfront area just a mile away - with more options and a huge Asda supermarket. Eastbourne is just five miles away, so easily accessible by car, with a wider variety of shops, attractions and eateries.
