Property information

Arivean Cottage is a beautifully refurbished 2 bedroom detached cottage steps from the Goil Inn. Within minutes you can be on the shores of Loch Goil or up on the hills enjoying the views from one of the marked walking trails. Sorry - no pet property.

Neighbourhood information

“Lochgoilhead is a magically tranquil spot, tucked at the head of a long, graceful sea loch, seemingly remote in its stunning setting beneath the high mountains of the Arrochar Alps.” (The Herald Magazine, Top five Scottish spring walks, March 2022). Within the Loch Lomond National Park Lochgoilhead has much to offer. Hire a boat, seals and porpoises are common. Visit the leisure centre: swimming pool, play hall, gym, spa and golf. Dine out at the Goil Inn, The View Restaurant at Drimsynie or the Boat Shed Cafe. This is a superb walking are. A FREE copy of the Loch Goil Trails Walking Guide is at the holiday home. The village is a good base to explore further afield to Inveraray, Oban and Glencoe.
