Our short stay residences are set in a beautiful period dwelling on a quiet residential street. We provide lift access to all floors, including our secure underground car park, making your journey to and from your apartment a little easier. Please note that the reception in closed on 25 December. Check-in and check-out are possible by prior arrangement only.
The reception desk is open between 08:00-20:00 Monday to Friday and 10:00-18:00 on Saturdays and Sundays. Front desk check-in is between 14:00 and 20:00 Monday to Sunday. Self check-in is available after 20:00. Check-out is by 11:00. Earlier check-in is available for an additional charge.
All apartment, front door, garage and safe keys must be returned to the reception on check-out. If you fail to do so, the property may charge you for a replacement key or a replacement lock as required. In the event that a key is not returned after check-out you will be requested to contact the property and make arrangements for the keys to be returned. The cost of early check-in or late check-out is £300. Please note that this charge can be waived off in certain cases so please contact 9 Hertford Street directly for more information
