Welcome to our beautifully presented, luxury home in a great location! (Private room in shared house). Situated just outside of the City Centre and on the doorstep of Manchester City Etihad Stadium. Just 5 stops and 12 mins on the tram to the centre of Manchester. In close proximity of the well known theatres, such as the Opera House, The Palace Theatre and Bridgewater Hall to name but a few. Whether you choose to stay with us on business or pleasure, this is a great base to explore Manchester!
Breakfast is not provided, although we do provide tea, coffee, milk and sugar in the shared kitchen area. On street parking is available. However, as we are so close to the Etihad Stadium, parking permits are required on event days. If you are staying on an event day and travelling with a car I will ask you for the details of the vehicle. Please send me these straight away so that I may arrange for a guest permit in time for your stay.
We are situated just two miles from the City Centre which can be reached by tram in just 12 minutes or a 10 minute taxi ride. There's so much to do in Manchester that it's impossible to list everything on here but some of our favourites that are close by are; Akbars Restaurant on Liverpool Road for authentic asian cuisine and Revolution de Cuba in Spinningfields for a great night out! If you are heading to Manchester City's Etihad Stadium then we are less than a mile away, just a 20 minute walk literally around the corner! We are situated just a 10 minute walk away from the Manchester Velodrome at the HSBC National Cycling Centre. There's a large supermarket just a short stroll away and lots of nearby takeaway food outlets if you prefer not to cook.
