A modernised 3 bedroom Villa House built in 1896 and situated on a leafy street off the High Street in the market town of Stalham. The town provides a host of amenities and is well located for visiting the Broads, the coast and Norwich. The house has a lovely feel and flow with a large lounge/dining area, with log burner, leading to a well equipped modern kitchen which leads to the fully enclosed garden providing safety for your children and pets.
The house is situated on a quiet, leafy street and is within a couple of minutes walk to full local amenities including a supermarket, independent high street shops, pubs and eateries. The current Norfolk pub of the year, The Swan, is on the High Street. Stalham is located in the Broads National Park and is the home to the Museum of the Broads and a number of marinas where day boats can be hired. All that Norfolk has to offer is a short drive away, for example:- - Sea Palling and nearby beaches and Wroxham and other broad towns/marinas are less than 10 minutes away by car: and - the larger and busier towns of Great Yarmouth, Cromer and Norwich are also perfect for a day trip being within 30 minutes drive.
