We really enjoy working with owners to ensure that their properties are beautifully kept and maintained, and sharing the secrets of what the capital city, and Scotland have to offer our guests. Celia, who runs Beautiful Holiday Homes, has worked in both marketing and property for over 10 years. On the side she has also done a fair amount of restaurant reviewing, and having previously run a lifestyle management company she is always happy to share recommendations or go that bit further to ensure guests have the prefect stay. Sonia, joined the Beautiful Holiday Homes team from a luxury hotel management background and knows first hand the importance of customer service. Sonia is also a foodie who loves to travel herself so knows first hand what guests expect. We only take on properties that the we ourselves would like to stay in and currently have a beautiful selection of properties that is constantly growing, so if the first property you enquire about isn't available then we will always try and help by suggesting another lovely property that is. Eildon Street is the perfect luxury home, for families or friends looking for somewhere special during their stay in Edinburgh. The property is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in one of the most exclusive residential areas of the city.

Neighbourhood information

The property is located roughly 250 metres from the East Gate entrance to the Royal Botanic Gardens (free admission). There is a frequent and very quick bus service to/from the city near the entrance to the Gardens, or the city can be reached on foot in 20-25 mins. Within 0.5km of the flat are a number of pubs, cafes, restaurants, take aways, and a Tesco Superstore open until 10pm, 7 days a week. For those with special dietary requirements, the store has a good variety of organic and "free from" products also available. At the end of the street, one can also access Edinburgh's fabulous "QuietRoutes". QuietRoutes are Edinburgh's network of walking and cycling paths, perfect for exploring the city and avoiding the busy main roads. Other must-see local attractions include Fettes College which is undeniably one of Scotland's greatest buildings, and Dean Village which is a beautiful oasis right by the water of Leith. From the apartment, there's a lovely path running alongside the Water of Leith most of the way to Dean Village, and on route you will pass through Stockbridge which is a vibrant suburb with an excellent selection of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars.
