12a Solent Landing is the perfect seaside holiday home from home for a family of 4, moments from beach in the sought-after coastal village of Bembridge. This charming garden and beach fronted terraced town house offers plenty of space for the family and is located just a few minutes’ walk to the village! 3 Bedrooms, 2 doubles and one twin bedroom. 2 bathrooms, and an additional WC, kitchen diner and sitting room. Direct access to the beach, and parking.

Neighbourhood information

Outside to the front of the property there is an immaculate communal lawn and picnic area that leads all the way to the beach. From the kitchen into the communal courtyard you will find your dining table and chairs, perfect for your morning coffee or alfresco dining at the end of your fun packed day. 12a Solent Landing comes with parking for one car, plus there’s visitor parking nearby on a first come first served basis. In 2019 Bembridge won ‘Village of the Year’ in the BBC Countryfile Magazine Awards. They called Bembridge village a “wonderful coastal setting with a pier and lifeboat station, with a busy village community, superb pubs, seafood cafés, butchers, fishmongers, green grocers and bakers, as well as a chemist and two well stocked supermarkets. Bembridge is also luck enough to have a few glorious boutique shops, which are perfect for discovering lots of interesting items for you to take home. With three great beaches and the white cliffs of Culver Down on the doorstep, the village is a perfect base for exploring.”.
