Our fully air-conditioned 4 bedroom house is located in a quiet gated development with beautifully landscaped gardens and 2 large communal pools. On the ground floor a large living/dining space is opening towards a sunny south facing terrace and a garden shaded by mature umbrella pine trees. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need (XL fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, induction hob, toaster, kettle, blender as well as a Nespresso coffee maker and a milk frother. Note -due to the fire hazard for the pines, barbecues are not permitted in the development. Master Suite with reversible aircon and en suite bathroom on the ground floor with ‘almost’ stepfree access (one step at front door) On the first floor, 3 bedrooms all offer reversible aircon, two of them with 160x200 beds while one is a twin room with two 90x190 beds. A full bathroom with bathtub, toilet and heated towel rail as well as a smaller shower room are also situated on the first floor.
Gassin is conveniently located in the middle of the St Tropez peninsula with easy access to the beaches of Grimaud and Croix Valmer as well as a secret route through the vineyards to get to the Ramatuelle and St Tropez while avoiding most of the high season traffic jams. A bakery is nearby in walking distance while the La Foux Hypermarche is a 3 min drive away
