The appartment is situated in a residential area and has a beautifull garden. It is a small and cosy residence appartments with mainly French owners. It is in front of a very nice Parc Chambrun. By tram it takes only 5/10 min to the centre, train station and beach. Italy is at 25 min. drive.
I used to live and work for over 15 years in the South of France and Italy . I can give you some nice tips for your stay . I am the first owner of the appartement . A French lady is taking very good care of the property and her husband of the garden. She will welcome you upon arrival, She speaks French and a little English. I want you to feel comfortable and at home!
Lovely surroundings, quiet and yet close to shops, parc, local transport. There is a direct tram to the station , city, beach and airport A lovely local market every day in the Avenue Borriglione. You can also walk to the Matisse and Chagall musuem.
