• Charming 40m² apartment in Tourcoing, 20 min from Lille. • High ceilings, elegant design in a renovated bourgeois building. • Features include a modern kitchen with a balcony, cozy living area with mezzanines, and a serene bedroom with garden views and en-suite bath. • Fast Wi-Fi, fully-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer. • Calm, well-connected neighborhood with amenities and scenic paths nearby. • Sleeps max 4 = 2 in bedroom + 2 extra on mezzanines (best for kids or adventurous adults). Our charming apartment features three distinct rooms, each offering a unique experience: 1. The Laboratory: This is where culinary magic happens! Prepare delicious meals and coffee while enjoying views of the grand Boulevard. Step onto the small Hausmannian balcony to savor fresh air and enjoy the scenery. 2. The Library: A cozy retreat for book lovers and dreamers alike. Unwind and immerse yourself in the world of literature and imagination. ++. up to two extra persons can sleep on the two separate mezzanines in the library . Please note that (a) the access to them is by Japanese style ladders (60cm wide) (b) the ceiling height is about 110cm (c) mattress are really comfortable. 3. The Peaceful Green Bedroom: Find serenity and relaxation in our tranquil bedroom, surrounded by calming green hues, century old trees and birds’ chants. Throughout the apartment, you’ll find a highly equipped kitchen, clean WC, and bathroom, ensuring your comfort and convenience during your stay. There is the possibility of longer term rental. The Apartment is located at a very well-connected, beautiful calm neighbourhood. You can easily go to Lille (20min) or Tourcoing center(5min) by both tramway (Ma Campagne station) and metro (Carlier station). At the same time you can enjoy the tranquility and the natural environment of this quiet and safe neighbourhood. There are several urban green zones that allow for walking and cycling.
