The apartment is located in the Deux Alpes 1800 area, on the 2nd floor of a quiet 3-story residence. Bright and sunny, it offers a stunning view of the mountains. The nearest chairlift is just a 2-minute walk away (elevator available). You are renting a 26m² furnished apartment equipped for 4 people, with: 👉🏻 1 sofa bed (BZ type, 190x160cm) for 2 people in the living room 👉🏻 1 bunk bed with pull-out bed in the mountain nook 👉🏻 1 large storage closet with hanging rail and compartments (perfect for storing suitcases) 👉🏻 1 bathroom with a bathtub and towel warmer 👉🏻 1 separate toilet 👉🏻 2 flat-screen TVs (handy when you and the kids don’t share the same program!) 👉🏻 1 fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, induction hob, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle... The sleeping area and living room are separated by a sliding door. Balcony with a 6m² terrace and outdoor furniture – breathtaking view! Private ski locker in the building. Paid public underground parking. Located in the heart of Village 1800, the ideal neighborhood for a family or friends' getaway. 👉🏻 50m from the apartment: pétanque courts, beach volleyball court, basketball court... 👉🏻 100m from the apartment: bakeries, restaurants, grocery store, swimming pool, gym, laundromat, bars, ski rental shops... Perfectly situated at the foot of the slopes in winter (Village chairlift access just a few meters away, with elevator access). A cleaning service is available for 70euros to make your stay easier. Please let us know at the time of booking or inform our partner upon your arrival. A cleaning deposit of 70euros will be refunded after the inspection at your departure. Bed linen and towels are not included, but you can bring your own or rent them through our concierge service for 20euros per person per stay.
We acquired this apartment in 2021. Falling in love with the beautiful Les 2 Alpes resort during our first visit, we decided to take the leap and purchase this apartment. We rent out the apartment most of the time, but also keep it for ourselves to enjoy wonderful family holidays. We have done everything to ensure you have a pleasant stay and hope your visit will be a success.
The residence is located in a quiet neighborhood, close to all amenities (bakeries, restaurants, grocery store, bars...). Pétanque courts, sports fields (Beach Volleyball and Basketball). For skiing, access the Village 1800 chairlift in 2 minutes (via elevator), or you can directly put on your skis and ski down from the apartment to reach another chairlift.
