My brother Pierre and I founded GAVIMMO to fulfill a shared dream: to create spaces where everyone would feel at home. I, Alexandre, passionate about construction and architecture, and Pierre, an expert in design and tenant needs, combined our talents to bring Séjour-Cité.fr, a unique project in Carcassonne, to life. We wanted to offer modern and welcoming homes, suitable for both short stays and long-term rentals. Each apartment was carefully designed: bright and functional spaces, intended to be warm and comfortable. While I focused on the structure and layouts, Pierre worked on the details that make all the difference, ensuring these places exude a sense of warmth and conviviality. Séjour-Cité.fr is more than just housing: it's an experience, a true "home" in the heart of Carcassonne. Today, seeing these spaces come to life and hearing tenants say they feel at home is our greatest pride.

When we discovered this building in the sought-after Capucins district of Carcassonne, Pierre and I immediately saw its potential. With its old-world charm and prime location, just steps away from the Aude River, Bastide Saint-Louis, and the Medieval Cité, it deserved a new life. We set out to fully renovate it with a clear goal: to preserve its character while transforming it into a modern and comfortable space. Today, it houses several apartments, including "L'Inattendu" and "Le Floréal," both dedicated to short-term rentals. Each apartment has been carefully designed to blend functionality and aesthetics, offering bright and welcoming spaces. "L'Inattendu," with its 40 m², is a true cozy retreat, perfect for a single person or a couple. The bright living area, featuring an open, fully equipped kitchen, invites relaxation. The separate sleeping area ensures comfort and peace, while the modern bathroom adds a practical touch. The terrace, offering stunning views of the Medieval Cité, is ideal for unwinding. "Le Floréal," more spacious at 56 m², offers generous living space. Its large 35 m² living room is a convivial area for both relaxation and entertaining. The open kitchen, seamlessly integrated, blends modernity and practicality. The bedroom, featuring a large dressing room and private bathroom, forms a true master suite. Bathed in natural light through its large windows, this apartment is a wonderful place to call home. For us, every detail mattered. The kitchens and bathrooms were designed with modern, durable features, in a clean and timeless style.
