Property information

This brand new complex this home belongs to is ideally located in the heart of Alpe D'Huez. Each property has a breathtaking view on the mountain, a spacious and furnished balcony, its individual ski locker with boot warmers and its assigned parking space. The residence has been perfectly designed for families and also offers an indoor heated swimming pool, a sauna, a hammam, a ball pit for children and a social area with a foosball table and working & lounging spaces. The Home Truths: - End-of-stay cleaning is included, and additional cleaning and laundry services are available upon request. Linen, towels, and bath mats are provided. - The common areas (including the pool, steam room, sauna and lounge) are open every day during the winter and summer seasons. Kindly note that they are closed in-between season (approximately around mid-April and end of June, and again between end of August and beginning of December). - Please respect our friendly early-bird neighbours and refrain from hosting parties or loud festivities within the property. - The second sleeping area consists of a designated space with 2 bunk beds, but it has not a private door (Thuja). - One of the bedrooms offers limited storage space and the window overlooks a courtyard with few sunlight (Sorbus). - The extra sleeping area is not a complete bedroom (i.e. consisting of a separate room with door) but it offers two extra beds and a full bathroom (Sorbus). - The second sleeping area consists of a designated space with 2 bunk beds, but it has not a private door (Juglans). - The outdoor and the indoor sitting area can accommodate 4 people at a time each (Fagus).

Neighbourhood information

You cannot be more centrally located: this place is literally in the heart of Alpe d’Huez, only a couple of meters away from restaurants, bars, shops and ski lifts. We offer private transfers to/from Geneva airport upon request. Bus stops for public transport nearby.
