Charming bungalow classified as a 3-star holiday home, completely renovated and comfortable. Terrace, garden and living room face south, without any opposite. The property is fenced and your four-legged friends are welcome. The house is equipped with fiber optics and you have a private parking space. An ideal location within walking distance of Gouville-sur-Mer beach and a beachfront restaurant open all year round. From the house to the beach there is a sidewalk all the way to the beach, so pedestrian access to the beach is completely safe. Seafood and organic vegetables are available 100 meters away. The garage in Gouville-sur-Mer hires out bicycles for a small fee and in the summer there is also the opportunity to take a horse-drawn carriage along the beach. Gouville beach is famous for its colourful, picturesque beach huts. Gouville-sur-Mer is ideally located between Anneville sur Mer (natural beach) and Agon-Coutainville, one of the most popular seaside resorts in the department with a wide range of leisure activities (beaches, casino, golf, bike and pedal car hire).
