Aquest apartament es troba en un edifici del segle XVI situat a 500 m del centre històric de Carcassona i ofereix vista sobre la ciutadella, TV de pantalla LCD amb reproductor de DVD i suport per a iPod. El Pelletier du Claux es troba a la planta superior i consta d'un saló, 2 habitacions i 1 bany. Presenta una decoració d'estil contemporani i disposa d'estris per planxar i rentadora.
