Renovated in 2023, you'll find all the facilities you need for a pleasant stay with family or friends, plus a large sunny terrace. Free parking is easily available in the street, and a tram stop is a 15-minute walk away. You'll love the bright, spacious living room, fully-equipped adjoining kitchen and lovely terrace. The house comprises: Ground floor: - An entrance hall leading to a fully-equipped, modern kitchen - A dining area with a large dining table - A lounge with sofa and television - A WC - A quiet terrace in the backyard 1st floor: - 11 m² bedroom with king-size bed (180x200) and chest of drawers - Large bathroom with bath, double washbasin and additional WC 2nd floor: - A second 11 m² bedroom with two single beds (90x190) and a chest of drawers - A third 11 m² bedroom with a king-size double bed (180x200) As regards location, you will be - 20 min from the centre of Lille - 20 min from the Grand Stade de Lille - 50 min from Bruges and Ghent - 1 hour from the Opal Coast
