The accommodation comprises - A 26 m² living room with TV - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom1: 1 king-size bed (180×200) - Bedroom 2: 1 queen-size bed (160×200) - One bathroom with shower - A separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to include the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer (shared laundry room on the ground floor), ironing board and iron. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Shared laundry room on the ground floor (washing machine and dryer available) - Free Wifi available - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation -Independent arrival possible - Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels).
