Come and discover this atypical accommodation located on the second and last floor of a luxury private residence, with beach and private pontoon on the shore of Lake Annecy. Comfortable accommodation, fully equipped with a unique panoramic view of Lake Annecy. Imagine for your stay on the shore of Lake Annecy, take advantage of fully equipped accommodation with breathtaking views of the lake and the surrounding mountains. Relax by the water on the sun loungers on the residence's private beach. Ideal for 3 to 4 people (couple with one or two children for an unforgettable vacation by Lake Annecy or for a cozy base for your business trips and / or family visit). You have the residence's private parking and a parking space for your bikes. Bed and bathroom linen will be provided. Please note, access to housing is via a fairly steep turning staircase. Accommodation equipment: A kitchen with Fridge / Oven / Microwave / Kettle / Coffee machine / Fridge / Toaster / Raclette machine / Dishwasher / TV A living room with TV / Dressing / Convertible sofa bed 2 good quality / Convertible sofa one place.
