Cocoonr offers you this charming, fully renovated, bright, quiet and very clean 65m² garden-level apartment for rent in a small residence near the Rothéneuf district. It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. It offers two independent bedrooms with high-quality bedding (size 160x200 and 2 bunk beds 90X190), storage space and a bathroom with separate toilet. A cot and high chair are available. The accommodation comprises - A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (induction hob, oven, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, microwave, dishwasher...) - A bright living room opening onto a private garden, offering an indoor or outdoor dining area and a lounge with TV. - bathroom with bathtub and heated towel rail. - separate toilet. - bedroom with 2 bunk beds (90x200). - a bedroom with a double bed (160x200). Exterior: - South-facing garden with table and chairs. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included, your bed will be made on arrival. - Cot: for safety and hygiene reasons, we do not provide a mattress other than the one already included with the cot. Feel free to bring your own if you wish. - To get your stay off to a good start, we provide you with a few coffee capsules, tea, sugar and cleaning products. - Free Wifi available - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - non-smoking accommodation. - For the well-being and peace of mind of all occupants, we ask you to respect the quiet of the premises and the following rules: - parties are forbidden and any noise nuisance will be reported and punished. - the entire residence is non-smoking, including private and communal areas (especially the courtyard).
