The fine print
The swimming pool is open from April to October, weather permitting.
Please contact the reception in advance if you plan to arrive outside of the following opening hours: - Sunday to Friday: 9:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 19:00 (till 20:00 in high season) - Saturday: 8:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 20:00.
For stays of 2 up to 6 nights, bed linen and towels are included in the price (change payable). For stays of 7 nights or more, bed linen and towels are not included in the price. Guests can bring their own or rent them at the property for the following extra charges: 9€ per person for bed linen, and 9€ per kit for towels. Please contact the property before arrival for rental.
Please note that end-of-stay-cleaning is not included in the price.
Access to the wellness centre is available at an additional cost.
Please note that the city tax is to be paid upon arrival on site.
Optional services to be paid on site : baby bed : EUR 15/ stay or 5€ / day - baby high chair: EUR 15/ stay or 5€ / day ; baby kit (bed + baby high chair) : EUR 25 per stay.
A EUR 39 weekly fee applies per pet (max 2 per apartment).
A damage deposit of € 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
