The Notre Dame cocoon has been in existence since 2017, first we opened the 140 M2 LOFT then in 2019 we renovated the two COURTYARD and PLACE apartments below which are each 35 M2. Since 2020 we have moved to a professional furnished rental company under the company: NOTREDAME74. Our only goal is the satisfaction of our customers so that your stay is a real moment of pleasure. Before and during your stay, do not hesitate to contact us so that we can make this moment unforgettable.

LE COCON NOTRE DAME is in the heart of the little French Venice that is ANNECY, on one of the most beautiful squares "LA PLACE NOTRE DAME" 2 minutes walk from LAC ET DU PAQUIER (green space of more than 7 hectares ) You will have to climb to the 3rd floor of this listed building of the 17th century full of charms to arrive in one of our 3 unique and atypical apartments, a modern renovation carried out with taste LOFT 140m2: 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets, fully equipped kitchen, lounge area with flat screen TV and bose system, 10 m2 dressing room, small balcony for smokers PLACE 35m2: play of light, sound system in bluetooth everywhere, equipped kitchen, bedroom with glass roof, BZ in the living room ... COURTYARD 35m2: play of light, bluetooth sound system everywhere, equipped kitchen, bedroom with glass roof, BZ in the living room ... all the apartments have air conditioning, parties are prohibited and noise reduced between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m., they are non-smoking. To park, the town hall car park is a 3-minute walk away, there is also the possibility of parking on rue du lac with a parking meter or the "Paybyphone" application, to unload luggage coming from rue du lac.

Neighbourhood information

The district is just magnificent, we are at the foot of the most beautiful square in the city and the Notre-Dame church which is steeped in history. On the practical side we have a large Monoprix at the bottom of our apartment, 10 meters away we have the rue filaterie which is the food street where we find: bakery, butcher, restaurant, caterer, delicatessen, greengrocer, wine merchant ... . we are therefore at the beginning of the old quarters, 250 meters from the rue sainte claire market which takes place on Tuesdays and Sundays. The lake and our large Le Paquier garden are 300 meters away. Finally, we are located in the entirely pedestrian area of the city, 300 meters from the parking lot of the town hall. All the historical monuments of the city are therefore around the apartment is fully accessible on foot. the two closest ski resorts are semnoz and la clusaz which are about 30 minutes away
