In Pléneuf-Val-André, we offer this charming 100 m² apartment for rent, 50 meters from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the garden level of one of the resort's oldest seaside homes, it comprises a lovely 45 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two shower rooms and a 350 m² garden. The west-facing apartment is composed as follows: - A 45 m² living room with sofa and armchairs. - An open-plan kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... and a dining area. - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room. - Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room. - Separate WC. Exterior: - An enclosed, west-facing garden of approx. 350 m², with furniture for enjoying fine weather. For added convenience: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Other remarks : - Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on arrival. - Free Wifi available. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. To access your accommodation, you can choose between : - Independent arrival: by collecting the keys from a Keycafé box located at 4 chemin romain 22400 Saint-Alban, access by car, usually on your way to Pléneuf-Val-André. If you use public transport, choose a physical reception. - A physical welcome: in this case, you'll be greeted on site by the Cocoonr team, who will show you around the apartment, share useful tips and hand over the keys.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is ideally located in Pléneuf-Val-André, 50 m from the beach, 500 m from the center and 3 km from the golf course, in a very pleasant setting in the Piégu district, home to some of the oldest seaside residences in the history of Val André. You'll be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Activities : - During your stay, you'll have plenty of time to relax and enjoy the sea air. - You can also take advantage of the nearby Thalasso spa for a moment of escape, visit the "BlueGreen" golf course, the equestrian center and discover the nautical center for an introduction to sailing, rent a boat, take the kids on a towed buoy... - Want to explore the surrounding area? The GR34, which circumnavigates the Breton coastline, is just below the accommodation and takes you along the marvellous Emerald Coast to Erquy and Dinard, or Saint Malo and Cancale for the more sporty. - The island of Bréhat is accessible in summer thanks to river shuttles from Erquy. Transportation : - Free parking is available close to the accommodation. - Nearest train station: Lamballe (20 minutes by car). - Nearest airport: Rennes (1h15 by car).
