Welcome to our charming 70 m² apartment, ideally located on the 3rd floor! Our entire apartment, featuring three bedrooms, is perfect for travelers looking for comfort and new discoveries. You will have access to all the amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room to relax. ⚠️ Please note: The apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. The neighborhood is very well connected and close to many shops, including a bakery, butcher, Carrefour City, LIDL, and a pharmacy—all within 100 meters. It also offers quick access to the highway (less than a 2-minute drive) and, most importantly, to the Grand Stade Pierre Mauroy Decathlon Arena, which is less than a 10-minute walk away. A bus stop is located right at the building entrance, and the Triolo metro station is less than a 10-minute walk away.
