A security deposit of € 300 is required upon arrival and must be paid by credit card or cheque. The refund should be made on the day following your departure. The security deposit will be fully refunded to your credit card if no damage was found by the property.

A damage deposit of € 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
