In luxury residence with digicode, pretty apartment 33 m2. Entrance, kitchen, living room with sofa bed and cupboard, bedroom (bed 160x200) with cupboard, balcony, bathroom and separate toilet. Internet access by WIFI and and flat screen television. The apartment is near the center of Paris, 8 minutes from the Champs Elysees, 2 steps from the Grande Arche de la Defense, "Westefield Les 4 Temps" shopping center, and public transport (RER A, Metro, Bus, Tram) . Ideal for your business or leisure stays, you will enjoy my accommodation for the view, location, ambience, and outdoor spaces. My accommodation is perfect for couples, solo travelers, business travelers and families (with children). La Grande Arche is served at La Défense station by : RER A, Trains L, U lines T2 tramway Metro M1 15 RATP bus lines and a bus terminal.
We are a couple with 1 child, living in Courbevoie for over 15 years. We live 10 minutes walk from the apartment. We assure ourselves the welcome of our visitors.
The neighborhood is very lively during the day. The apartment is located close to shops: restaurants, bar-tabac, newspapers, supermarkets 2 min walk (Monoprix, Carrefour Market with parking in the basement), market 2 min walk (Sunday and Thursday morning), lavomatic , bakery,... You are 5 minutes from a train and tram line. You are in 10min at the Gare Saint-Lazare in the 9th arrondissement, near the department stores of boulevard Haussmann. With the Tramway, you are in 5 min to the Defense or in 30 min to the Parc des Expositions of the Porte de Versailles. Possibility to rent secure parking in the residence. A few kilometers you can find the Bois de Boulogne, with many walks to bike, running or walking! For children, you have 4 km from the apartment, "the garden of acclimatization", a leisure park extending over 19 hectares: rides, outdoor games, pony ride, small farm, ...
