    The location is great. Out of the ski locker room onto a blue piste with access to multiple lifts and a vast ski area. Also only a 15 minute walk to the lively bars at the top of town for good live music and aprés.

Fully renovated apartment, ski-in/out, ideal for 2 families with up to 5 children or a group of friends. This apartment has been designed as a contemporary chalet combining conviviality, aesthetics and functionality, to enjoy your holidays with family or friends. There are 12 sleeping places but above 8 adults it will become tight in my opinion. The apartment is 60 m2 but designed very intelligently. In the words of one of my previous guests: "We were 10 young adults, and we were quite worried about space. I mean it was definitely tight (a smaller group would be ideal), but the place is architected so well that it worked out great.". At the entrance you'll find a small storage room equipped with boot dryer and a washing machine. In the living room you'll find a large dining table, a comfortable kitchen, a couch, a television and a terrace. There are two small bedrooms each with a double bed (140 cm) and two windows, a bedroom with a queen size bed, an electrical fireplace and a 2nd terrace and finally there is the dorm style room with a double bed (140 cm) and two single beds at the bottom and one single beds at height. From the listing of the previous owner here's what previous renters had to say: "We, a group of young adults (25y), had an amazing time in this place. The location is perfect if you want to be on the slopes early. You can literally ski into the building. Some après-ski places can be a small walk but that can't stop you from booking this amazing appartement. The showers are great, the kitchen is fully equipped and there is room for drying your snowboots and clothes. We stayed with 13 and this requires some organisation and some toleration. 11 in my opinion, is the maximum for a truly comfortable stay." "great for 6-8 people. Parking P2 of Val Thorens is located almost next to the building. It is advised to book upfront on their website to get better prices! You will be able to access the apartment without having to go via any agency (either with a keylock, or once installed, with a code and/or your phone). The building is truly ski in/ski out. The ski schools can be easily accessed via the covered carpet ride just outside the building. You can leave the ski room with your skis on and in 3 minutes (by taking the covered carpet ride) get to the ski schools (ESF, Ski Cool,...). Inside the building you will find a supermarket and ski rental.
