Amazing 30m2 studio in center of Cannes with air conditioning and beautiful terrace fulfill of greenery (15m2). This studio is very well located: 5 minutes away from the "Antibes street and the famous "Croisette". From there you will easily reach the Palais des festivals. This brand new apartment provides you with all the confort you'll need during your journey. The bedroom area is composed of a high quality Queen Size Bed (Brand Simmons). The apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen (with oven, micro-wave, electrical baking tray, coffee and tea machines), a luxury bathroom with an "italian style" shower, toilet and a washing machine. In the main room, an additional bed is at your disposal with the convertible sofa. Free Wifi and flat screen TV. You will enjoy the summer nights dinning or chilling on the large terrace facing the garden.
My aim goal is to make you feel in vacation as soon as you arrive!
The apartment is located in a dead-end street, very quiet and is facing a beautiful garden. The grocery stores are 3 minutes walk from the apartment. You will reach the Croisette and Antibes street within 5 minutes.
