'The Sallies' is a spacious and centrally located 3 bedroom villa in the heart of Puerto del Carmen, just a 10 minute walk from the beach and popular town centre. The property offers a refreshing swimming pool with complete outdoor furniture, a fully-equipped kitchen, washing machine, international TV channels and separate WIFI covering each floor. There is a private parking space provided within the property, as well as an alarm securing the entire house for extra security.
The house is located just a short 10 minute walk from the beachfront. The largest beach in the town is Playa Grande which stretches along the main strip. In the old town around a 20 minute walk away is Playa Chica, a smaller beach great for snorkelling and diving. Around a 15 minute walk will bring you to the Biosfera Shopping Centre where you will find a wide variety of shops, a few restaurants and an entertainment centre complete with an outdoor cinema, Jurassic World mini golf and a childrens soft play. There is a bus stop just next to the property with routes taking you to many areas on the island. Taxis are very easy to order in the area.
