Enjoy a stunning sea and mountain view from the terrace of our cozy studio with wi-fi + parking. Located in the 6th floor of a building in front line of San Marcos beach, Northern Tenerife, our loft is perfect either for short/long term stays. A public/free parking area is situated at the back entrance. There is a bus stop in front of the building too (see pictures).

We have been together for more than 35 years. We love travelling, getting to know different cultures and traditions, people from all around the world, their gastronomy, their interests. This is why we spent the last 6 years hosting and helping our guests to enjoy their holidays the way we like enjoying ours: getting information from the locals. We can speak 5 languages. San Marcos is a beautiful small village next to the beach. The building is actually beachfront. At the ground floor you will find a pharmacy, a grocery shop and a bar. There are also some other restaurants in front of the beach. Icod de los Vinos is the nearest city, just 5 minutes away by car, 10 by bus. You can even go walking, if you don't mind about ups and downs. There is actually a beautiful drive called "Las Barandas" that leads you to the city, next to supermarkets and every service you could need. You will enjoy magnificent landscape views on your way! At Icod there are many interesting places to visit: the Butterfly park, the Banana museum, the Historic old city center, the Guanche Museum, and especially the "Drago Milenario" (a 1000 years old Drago tree) and the "Cueva del Viento", the 5th longest volcanic tube in the world and the longest in Europe. If you like hikking, there are many paths around San Marcos and El Guincho (accross banana trees). You can also reach Garachico, a UNESCO world heritage village, just 10 minutes away by car.
