-The credit card used for the reservation must be in the name of the person staying at the establishment.

-The hotel offers free shuttle service for transfers to the airport. Transfers from the hotel to the airport begin at 05:00 am until 00:30 hours.

-Airport pick-ups begin at 12:00 pm until 00:30 am. When you arrive at the airport, after collecting your luggage, go to the stop. BUS HOTEL which is in your arrival terminal, once you are at the stop, you must call us to inform us of the terminal number, and we will send the shuttle service to pick you up. -The vehicle has capacity for 19 passengers and a 23kg suitcase plus one carry-on bag per person is allowed.

Once you arrive at the hotel to check in, you can book your transfer on the day of departure.
