Property information

Totally refurbished 2 bedroom apartment located at the famous Complex Los Geranios, at a stone’s throw from Puerto Colón. 200m walking distance to La Pinta Beach, and only 100 m to Commercial Center San Eugenio where supermarkets (Corviran, Mercadona) and shops are available with many reputable restaurants in the area. The flat has some of the best views in Tenerife of Puerto Colon and Isla La Gomera. Situated on the 4th floor it has sea,, and costal views from the terrace. The apartment has all the conveniences. Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge. Smoke detector connected to Reception It is equipped with all the necessary household appliances, oven, kettle coffee machine, microwave, washing machine, ironing facilities, hairdryer, safety box etc. One room has 2 beds (size 105x200cm) plus one additional convertible bed (size 90cmx190cm). and also a 40’ tv. 2nd room has a 150cm bed and also tv. Living room is provided with a convertible couch which folds out into a 135x200cm bed. There is also a smart TV 55’ and free private Wi-Fi. (Reception also provides a free Wi-Fi to be used at the building and pool area) The complex has an outside heated pool and bar
