Discover the charm of Vallromanes from this delightful chalet, situated just 30 minutes from Barcelona and 110 minutes from Perpignan, close to the finest golf course in Catalonia. Just 7 minutes away, you can enjoy the beach and two nearby equestrian clubs, making this location perfect for nature and sports enthusiasts. This spacious property features 5 bedrooms, all en-suite, with one equipped with a soothing whirlpool tub. It also has 3 additional bathrooms, each uniquely adorned with colorful marble. Some bedrooms include large walk-in closets, and the kitchen-diner is fully equipped with modern appliances such as a large oven, griddle, fryer, and dishwasher, ideal for preparing delicious meals. The house spans four levels, connected by both an external and internal staircase, and includes a convenient elevator. Living spaces include two lounges, one with a double sofa bed, and a games room, perfect for entertainment. For quieter moments, relax in the lounge with a fireplace or enjoy the outdoors in one of the three gardens, the 16-meter pool, or the barbecue area. Important: Please note that to rent this villa main guest has to be at least 25 years old. When sending a booking request for approval, please indicate the purpose of your visit, how the group is composed (adults, children) and country of origin of each of the members of the group.
