Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space 400 m from the famous La Zenia Beach. Enjoy our huge Solarium with the outside shower. The 3-bedroom 2.5 Bathroom apartment is located on a quiet, one way street. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Full AC. Well fitted kitchen with dishwasher. Microwave, electric coffee maker, electric tea pot, toaster, blender etc. Master bedroom with a private bathroom, another large bathroom with spacious shower. The third toilet room - WC&sink. Our kitchen is equipped with the reversed osmosis filter system so you will enjoy free clean drinkable water and save Nature.
Quiet area with a park. Easy and quick access to La Zenia Beach. Free parking. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.
