Modern designer two-story apartment with two bedrooms (each with its own shower and toilet), a small bedroom for one place, a large living room, kitchen and patio. Bedrooms are on the second floor. Small bedroom - on the ground floor. The apartment is located in the city center, near the sea (60 meters). Everything is new, just built. Hot water and heating - from gas (regulated in the apartment). Central air conditioning. Fast free internet, wi-fi, apple-TV. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay and relaxation. Language of communication: Spanish, English, Russian. Nearby are many restaurants and bars, a monastery, a theater. For lovers of outdoor activities: hiking and bicycle paths, climbing along Via Ferrata, walks along the sea. The house was built from scratch and completed in 2019. Modern materials, sound insulation, thermal insulation, dual heating system, central air conditioning, convenient layout and design from a famous Catalan architect. The apartments are named after Elisa, in honor of our eldest daughter. There are two apartments in the house, these apartments are located on 1-2 floors. Our apartments are also located above.

Sant Feliu de Guixols - an old Catalan city with preserved monuments, the spirit of ancient times. The whole city center (together with our apartment) is adjacent to the sea, with beautiful promenades, a promenade between green pines and plane trees.
