Neighbourhood information

There are many shops, bars and restaurants just foot steps away. Free public parking is available in the surrounding streets. This is a Central Apartment, right in the heart of Santa Cruz, making it perfect to take advantage of the excellent local transport options available. The neighbourthood is very safe and quiet. There is a children area infront of the shopping centre; Centro Comercial Boulevard which is only 5 minutes walk away. Parque Garcia Sanabria is located just a few streets away.
