Nice villa located in Can Pastilla, a district located on the coast belonging to the municipality of Palma, where you will find, in addition to the best summer atmosphere, a wide variety of shops, restaurants and bars, and an infinity of water activities. In addition, it is only 10/15 minutes from the center of Palma and the airport. It has a large terrace with outdoor furniture and a swimming pool surrounded by grass where you can cool off and spend pleasant moments with your family. Inside you will find the fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, four bedrooms (one with a terrace) with capacity for 8 people and three bathrooms (one with a shower, one with a bathtub and a toilet). -If the reservation is made through Homeaway or Booking, 30% will be requested in advance, despite this, you have 15 days before your arrival to cancel without penalty. - GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE UNDER 30 YEARS OLD MUST MAKE THE RESERVATION ON REQUEST. - It is totally forbidden to hold parties or events on the property. -Tourist tax not included in the price. -HEATING IS CHARGED SEPARATELY
