We are a well-known family company that deals and promotes apartments for rent at the Canaries Islands mainly located at the south of Tenerife. We cover the majority of the expectations and necessities of lodging, due to the great variety and different typologies of apartments that we have.

Property information

Large and spacious semi-detached bungalow with large terrace and direct access to the community gardens and swimming pool. Located in the heart of Costa Adeje, just a short walk from the famous Fañabé beach. It consists of three bedrooms, two of which have double beds and the third one has two single beds. It has two bathrooms and three terraces. The kitchen is modern, fully equipped and has a large fridge freezer and dishwasher. The spacious and bright terrace is located on the inner side of the complex, providing extraordinary tranquillity and privacy. The master bedroom is very bright and has direct access to the upper terrace through large windows. The comfortable living room features a 43-inch Smart TV and two comfortable sofas. The biggest dilemma will be whether to diner at the elegant dining table or on the spacious terrace. Beach Bungalow Holiday Home has free WIFI, very suitable for those who need to keep working from time to time. The whole house is very bright and receives the sun from the early hours of the day until sunset. In the surrounding area there are several supermarkets, plenty of shops, restaurants with all types of cuisine, bars, banks and a pharmacy. The taxi stop is 150 meters away and the promenade is only a few minutes walk away. You can easily do without a car. It is an ideal accommodation for families who want to enjoy their well-deserved holidays in a privileged location and with the luxury and comfort of an independent house.
